Alliance Hand and Physical Therapy was founded in 2002 by Pamela Muscara, PT, MBA and Stephanie Franklin-Cosgrove, OT, CHT. Pamela and Stephanie have over 30 years experience as a physical therapist and occupational therapist/certified hand therapist, respectively. In the 8 years that Alliance has been in existence, we have grown to 7 clinics in the Bergen and Passaic County region. Our growth has been a direct result of the high quality, caring, and compassionate care we offer to you and our communities every day.
